The home was SCAD student (my own and others!) housing for 10+ years. The property still had great “bones” and was definitely worth restoring. Ron coached us through the restoration to the end. Every question that I had, or phone call that I made was answered very quickly, accurately and to my complete satisfaction. My real estate transaction involved a 1031-exchange which was a lot more complicated than routine buying and selling. Ron connected me with a licensed 1031-exchange specialist who was invaluable in helping me through the detailed process.
